Privacy Policy
The App
MilliDraw's drawing and measurement features do not require an account. Your documents are stored on your device. Content leaves the device when you choose to export or share it, or authorize an optional AI connection as described below.
To understand which features are used and to improve the app, MilliDraw uses privacy-first, anonymous usage analytics via TelemetryDeck, a GDPR-compliant service hosted in the EU.
- Data is anonymized on your device before being sent
- No personal identifiers and no advertising IDs are collected
- We do not track you across other apps or websites
- Only aggregate usage events (e.g. a feature was used, an export completed) are sent
- Your drawing content is never included
Optional Online AI Connection
When you select Connect Online and approve an AI agent on your iPad, commands and tool results pass through MilliDraw's server. Results may include drawing geometry, annotations, saved survey information or file content requested by the authorized agent. Your AI app may send this content to its model provider under that provider's policies and your settings. The online service does not create a persistent cloud copy of your drawings or store tool command and result bodies. Active requests are held temporarily in memory to relay them.
To authorize and manage access, the service stores an installation identifier and display name, registered AI client details, hashed access credentials, authorization status, connection timestamps and administrative events. Registration does not request an email address. Pairing codes expire after 10 minutes, access tokens after one hour, and agent grants after 30 days unless revoked earlier. Network addresses are used temporarily for abuse prevention and are not stored in the MCP access database.
Disconnect pauses access while keeping the saved connection. Forget Online Connection revokes that installation's agents and removes its saved connection after the server confirms revocation; internet access is required. Access metadata remains available for security administration. Encrypted access-database backups retain the latest 14 snapshots. Authorization and administrator pages use essential security cookies. These cookies are separate from anonymous website analytics. Contact hello@millidraw.com for access-data or deletion requests.

Our website (millidraw.com) collects anonymous usage statistics to understand how visitors find and use our site. This helps us improve the product and marketing.
